Short Talks
This section of the website comprises short stand-alone talks and articles on different aspects of the Christian Faith, including the teaching of Jesus, the seasons of the Church’s Year and Feasts and Festivals. More talks/sermons/homilies/articles will be added in due course.
The section of the website entitled The Christian Faith provides more extended teaching on larger content areas, such as the Creed and the Sacraments.

St John was a very old man that Sunday morning when Christ appeared to him and imparted the visions which form the Book of the Revelation – the last book of the Bible.

Offering
“…they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord…” (NRSV, Luke 2:22b)
It was much the same as any other morning in Jerusalem. A man and a woman, carrying in her arms her Infant Son, made their way across the great outer courtyard of the Temple to where the sacrificial offerings were on sale.
